#HC2026 Physical Therapist Positions Available Physical Therapist Ortho & Neuro (Full-time) Physical Therapist Outpatient (Full-time) Role Overview The Physical Therapist will manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities, considering individual physical and age-related needs. This role requires proficiency in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to maximize patient/client independence according to their functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T.) from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

Licensure:

Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.

Certification:

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

Experience:

1-2 years preferred; specialized training may be required for specific departmental needs.
