We are looking for someone excited to help build a clinic from the ground up, establish strong patient relationships, shape clinic culture, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding brand. Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and prevention strategies Provide exceptional patient-centered care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal outcomes Uphold FYZICAL's brand standards and clinical excellence Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Passion for patient-centered care and clinic growth Experience in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, balance, or pelvic health Interest in business development and community engagement FYZICAL offers a stable, supportive outpatient setting where clinicians can thrive—without weekend hours—while enjoying flexibility, autonomy, and professional growth.
