Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Active California Physical Therapy License in good standing. Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE). Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 1 year experience in acute care, swing bed/skilled nursing, or outpatient therapy. Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills. Proficiency with computers and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Commitment to professional growth and continuing education.
