Home Health/Contract/Physical Therapist (PT).

Coverage:

10-mile radius from your Home Address. Irvine, Anaheim, Santa Ana , and surrounding areas.

Physical Therapy Position:

Position Requirements:

Excellent communication skills. CA Licensed Physical Therapist. CPR Certified. Recent Physical within last year. Clear TB Test experience (Entry Levels to Seasoned). Works well unsupervised. Physical Therapy in

Home Health:

Evaluate patients. Follow-up patients. Patients are seen 2 to 3 times per week. Post-surgical. Balance. Home safety. ROM. Strength training. Equipment evaluation.

What to expect while treating:

45-minute treatments. Easy laptop documentation. 1 to 7 pts in a week.

Mentorship:

You are paired with a Senior PT to bounce ideas off. Full orientation. On-site assistance. Shadowing. Documentation review.
