Qualifications:

Valid and current MN Physical Therapy (PT) license required (please be prepared to submit with your application) Experience working as a PT in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Ability to quickly adapt to changing caseloads and schedules Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable providing coverage for a maternity leave and managing transitions in care Effective at working independently as well as with educators, families, and related service professionals

Responsibilities:

Deliver PT services to a varied student caseload (details will be provided upon assignment) Perform student assessments and assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to meet students' physical and educational needs Document student progress and maintain clear, timely records according to school and state guidelines Foster an inclusive, supportive environment to facilitate student growth and participation
