Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑approved program. Current, active Oregon Physical Therapist license required prior to assignment start. Current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. Current valid driver's license. Reliable personal transportation and auto insurance required. 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation settings required. Home health experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of durable medical equipment and ability to order/adapt equipment for home environments preferred. Ability to perform physical job duties including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, prolonged standing and walking.
