━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Bloom Physical Therapy is a small, patient-centered private practice in Penfield, NY specializing in vestibular, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation. We are passionate about helping people with vestibular disorders, neurological conditions, and older adults regain function, reclaim confidence, and get back to doing what they love. We offer both in-clinic and mobile (in-home) physical therapy, providing individualized, one-on-one care — no juggling multiple patients at once, no double-booking. Bloom was founded in 2023 and is currently a solo practice. THE OPPORTUNITY

WHAT YOU'LL DO

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Provide high-quality, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy to patients with vestibular disorders, neurological conditions, and older adults. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and progress patients toward their goals. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Work in the Penfield, NY clinic. Collaborate closely with the clinic owner/founder. Contribute to the continued growth and positive culture of Bloom Physical Therapy. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Required:

Active New York State Physical Therapist license Physical Therapy degree Genuine interest in vestibular, neurological, and older adult care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Preferred (but not required): Experience or coursework in vestibular rehabilitation, neurological PT, or geriatrics Experience in an outpatient or private practice setting Familiarity with conditions such as BPPV, migraine, PPPD, vestibular neuritis, Parkinson's Disease, stroke, MS, FND, concussion. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Full-time:

40 hours per week (flexible scheduling), salaried. Part time applications will also be considered PTO included Mentorship ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
