Position Summary Rehab Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in healthcare and gaining valuable hands-on experience in a clinical setting. As a Therapy Technician, you will work alongside our physical therapists to support patient care, assist with daily clinic operations, and help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists with patient treatments and therapeutic exercises Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions Escort patients to and from treatment areas Monitor patients during therapy sessions and communicate any concerns to the physical therapist Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy rooms and equipment Assist with administrative duties including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient records Provide exceptional customer service and help ensure patient comfort throughout their visit Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Benefits Flexible part-time schedule Hands-on experience in a healthcare setting Opportunities for growth and career advancement within the healthcare field Supportive and team-focused work environment
