Full-time | Monday-Fri day, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Flexible 4-day work week options available) A premier healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Physician of Adult Medicine to join our clinical team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing high-quality primary care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We are looking for a mission-driven professional committed to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based medicine and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services, including the examination, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions in adult patients Manage a robust patient volume of 24-28 patients daily in a fast-paced, clinical environment Participate in a one-week on-call rotation shared among a collaborative team of providers Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, emphasizing preventative health and wellness education Prescribe medications and treatments; order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care coordination Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes to maintain clinical excellence Stay current with medical advancements and best practices through continuing medical education (CME) Qualifications Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active and unrestricted State Medical License Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage a high-volume patient load efficiently Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Benefits 401(k) with 4% employer match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance Employee Discounts Loan Repayment Program 9 Paid Holidays and 28 Days of PTO Malpractice Coverage (including tail coverage) Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement up to $3,000 and 48 hours of CME time License and DEA Fee Reimbursement Relocation assistance availableSalary:
