Visas Accepted N/A Specialty OB/GYN - Urogynecology Practice Details Gynecologist Opportunity - Western South Dakota We are seeking a BE/BC Gynecologist or Urogynecologist interested in joining one BC obstetrics/gynecologist in practicing comprehensive gynecologic care while continuing to expand access to women's health services across Western South Dakota. Job Description The Gynecology physician provides comprehensive medical care for women's reproductive health, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gynecologic conditions. This role involves routine and specialized care, patient education, and collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and patient-centered care. Qualifications M.D. or D.O. degree. Successful completion of an accredited residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology Current medical license in each state of practice. State Controlled Substance License (if required by State) Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe controlled substances in each state of practice. Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology; or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada). Privileging documents and related credentialing requirements will supersede this job description in defining minimum qualifications, criteria, and scope of practice, if variation between documents exists.
