DETAILS

• Collect and record patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results. Maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Review the patient's history and perform a physical examination
• Perform in-office surgical procedures as needed to preserve patient's health: Procedures may include but are not limited to: cervical, endometrial, vaginal, vulvar, colposcopy, IUD placement, LEEP, and hysteroscopy
• Experience in outpatient setting preferred
• EMR = EPIC
