Shift Structure :

12-hour day shifts for adult care and night call coverage for pediatrics and newborns

Call Type :

Beeper call; response time required within 20 minutes

Patients Per Shift :

6-12 patients

Inpatient Focus :

Covering adults, pediatric patients, and newborns

Rounding :

Assigned patients

Required Skills & Experience :

Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (IM/PED) Recent experience (within the last 3 years) with pediatric and newborn patients in a hospitalist setting Ability to provide care for both adults and pediatric populations, including attending C-sections and high-risk deliveries Proficient in procedures such as intubation, ventilation management, and central line placement Experience with PICU and Nursery Levels I & II Pediatric ventilation management (acute and chronic)

Certifications Required :

NRP , BLS , ACLS

Support Staff :

2 RNs, additional medical assistants, and advanced practice providers

None Facility Capabilities :

The facility has 24-hour access to general surgery, laboratory, orthopedic surgery, and radiology services
