Kitchen Staff:

$12•$13/hour + tips

Shift Managers:

$16•$18/hour + tips

General Manager:

$23•$26/hour + tips What You'll Do Every role is vital to keeping the dough rising and the customers smiling. Depending on your level, your day might look like this:

Kitchen Staff:

Prepare high-quality food, maintain a clean workspace, and provide great service to our local community.

Shift Managers:

Lead the kitchen team, handle opening/closing procedures, and ensure the shop is sparkling clean and ready for business.

General Managers:

All of the above, plus the "big picture" stuff; scheduling, managing call-ins, local advertising, ordering inventory, and keeping labor costs on track. What We're Looking For You don't need to be a world-class chef to start, but you do need to be someone we can count on.

Dependability:

You show up when you say you will. This is our #1 requirement!

Longevity:

We are looking for people who want to grow with us, not just pass through.

Experience:

Previous restaurant experience is great, but we are happy to train the right person if you have a great attitude. Leadership (for Management): The ability to motivate a team and stay organized during a busy dinner rush. Bonus Points (Preferred) Previous experience in a high-volume pizzeria or fast-casual environment. A "can-do" attitude-you aren't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
