Job Description

Senior Asbestos Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff-Side) A growing plaintiff litigation firm is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal with a strong background in asbestos and toxic tort litigation to join their team. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is passionate about advocating for injured clients and their families. Responsibilities Manage asbestos/toxic tort cases from intake through trial Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, medical summaries, and trial materials Coordinate document collection, record review, and case organization Maintain and review large volumes of medical, employment, and exposure records Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, expert coordination, and trial preparation Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders Support settlement preparation and lien resolution efforts Qualifications 5+ years of plaintiff-side asbestos litigation experience required Strong understanding of asbestos, mesothelioma, and toxic exposure litigation Experience handling high-volume, complex litigation matters Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Trial preparation experience strongly preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact cases Long-term growth and advancement opportunities
