Plant Manager Job Description We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee production management, operations management, and process improvement. You will be responsible for managing a 2-shift operation in a 100-person plant, with 5 direct reports from supervisors. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the production and operations of a 100-person plant across two shifts. Lead a team of five supervisors and report directly to the EVP and executive board. Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques to optimize plant operations. Manage the plant's P&L from a production and manufacturing perspective. Ensure effective budget management and resource allocation. Collaborate with the executive team in a family-run business to achieve strategic objectives. Essential Skills Experience in manufacturing or production supervision. Proficiency in operations management and process improvement. Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
