Plant Operator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operation of various plant equipment and processes, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. This role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a friendly environment while monitoring plant operations. Responsibilities Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production processes. Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify any issues or maintenance needs. Adjust controls to regulate flow of materials or products. Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and safety checks. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to plant operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in industrial operations is a plus. Previous experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate industrial machinery effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in an industrial setting. Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as needed.
