Schedule:

8-hour shift Monday to Friday Punctuality and Dependability a must - 5 days per week - 8 hours per day, overtime when required. Position requires open communications with Supervisors, co-workers and management. Specific vision abilities require close, distance and color vision, peripheral and depth perception. Full range of motion and ability to stand and occasionally lift/move 50lbs.

Preferred Qualities:

Technical Skills, Mathematic Skills, Computer skills, Reasoning Ability, Judgment Planning/Organizing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare customer pieces for electroplating. Initiate plating cycles with appropriate amperage sequence. Remove customer pieces from electroplating cycle. Perform required maintenance as instructed by Plating Department Manager. Make plating bath and etch additions as instructed by Plating Department Manager. Prepare anodes and like materials for plating cycles. Fabricate plating fixtures to support customer pieces. Perform work for other manufacturing departments as required. Must be familiar with standard electroplating and basic underlying principles of how it works. Must be familiar with RTI plating procedures and methods. Must know and understand the dangers of working with various hazardous substances. This is a trainable position.
