Plumbing Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Manager to lead our plumbing operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair activities, coordinate with project teams, and manage a skilled team of plumbers and field technicians. Your expertise in plumbing, mechanical systems, and site management will drive project success while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. Duties Lead and supervise plumbing teams on job sites, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipe threading, schematics interpretation, and fixture installation Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications Prepare accurate estimates related to plumbing scope, including material takeoffs and labor costs Manage procurement of materials and tools such as hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines Read blueprints and schematics to plan work sequences effectively and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise Ensure proper use of heavy lifting techniques and equipment during pipe installation or remodeling tasks Maintain detailed records of work progress, safety incidents, and inspection reports Qualifications Proven experience in plumbing with a strong background in commercial projects and site management Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems Proficient in construction estimating, pipe threading, welding techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate construction machinery as needed Knowledge of remodeling, maintenance tasks, carpentry skills, and maintenance person experience is a plus Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel purposes Strong math skills for measurements and calculations related to project planning Join our team as a Plumbing Manager to lead innovative projects that make a difference! $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
