Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Tech, where you'll be at the forefront of maintaining sparkling clean and safe swimming environments. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of pool equipment, perform essential maintenance tasks, and ensure optimal pool operation. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help deliver exceptional service to our clients, making every pool a pristine oasis. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning to ensure safe and inviting swimming conditions Conduct thorough pool cleaning using hand tools and power tools to remove debris and algae buildup Inspect and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to maintain optimal functionality Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for each pool serviced Assist with opening and closing pools seasonally or as needed, ensuring all safety protocols are followed Utilize hand tools and power tools safely while performing repairs or installations on pool systems Experience Prior service technician experience or hands-on work in pool maintenance or equipment repair is not needed Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues with pool systems and equipment is a benefit but not a prerequisite Experience operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during maintenance tasks Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, chemical testing procedures, and water chemistry management is a plus but not needed Ability to perform routine inspections, identify potential problems early, and execute repairs confidently Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and safety standards Join us in delivering top-tier pool care by applying your technical skills in a lively environment! Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
