Powersports Technician 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Powersports Technician and ignite your passion for high-performance vehicles! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports equipment, including motorcycles, ATVs. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaves the shop in peak condition, ready to deliver exhilarating experiences to our customers. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your mechanical skills while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment where innovation and customer satisfaction are at the forefront. We ARE open to training the right canidate if no experience is present. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on powersports vehicles using automotive diagnostic tools and techniques Conduct repairs and maintenance including engine work, brake repair, suspension adjustments, and vehicle assembly Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to complete repairs efficiently and accurately Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify issues related to mechanical systems, electrical components, and structural integrity Assist customers with technical questions and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience Complete detailed repair reports and documentation for each service performed Engage in heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle repairs while maintaining safety standards Skills Proven dealership experience or service technician background in powersports or automotive repair Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in vehicle maintenance, brake systems, suspension components, and welding techniques Proficiency with automotive diagnostics tools and troubleshooting methods Experience with assembly of powersports equipment and use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to perform soldering and electrical repairs as needed Knowledge of sales processes related to parts or accessory upselling is a plus Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions Embark on a career where your mechanical talents fuel excitement!
