Prep Cook

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detailed Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties

• Prepare ingredients for menu items
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient food production
• Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, stoves, ovens, grills and dishwasher Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen
