  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development, classroom management, and curriculum development, with a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children. This role offers an opportunity to foster a nurturing learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth for preschoolers. Experience in early intervention, special education, and Montessori methods is highly valued. The Preschool Teacher will play a vital role in shaping the foundational skills of our young learners through engaging lessons and personalized support. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that align with educational standards and developmental goals Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and student engagement Assess individual student progress through observations, standardized testing, and informal evaluations Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address individual needs Incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical education, and other subject areas into daily lessons Support children with special needs through early intervention strategies and tailored instructional approaches Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and behavioral notes Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and safety protocols at all times Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management Ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers Familiarity with special education techniques, behavior management strategies, and early intervention programs Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators Proficiency in literacy education, math instruction, teaching physical education, and classroom activities such as tutoring or standardized testing preparation Knowledge of Montessori methods or other alternative educational philosophies is a plus Compassionate approach to child welfare and daycare responsibilities Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs and promotes social-emotional growth
