As a Press Operator, you'll play a key role in operating press machinery to produce high-quality stamped components. Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and tend press machines to manufacture precision stamped components. Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators. Read and interpret blueprints and use standard measuring tools and gauges. Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the production process. Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and perform minor equipment adjustments. Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Press Operator. Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools, fixtures, and gauges. Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Blueprint reading experience a plus.
