Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Wall Framer and play a vital role in creating sturdy, precise, and high-quality wall structures for a variety of building projects. As a Wall Framer, you will be responsible for constructing interior and exterior walls using metal studs, wood framing, and other materials, ensuring they meet all safety standards and design specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, develop your skills in framing and related trades, and contribute to building durable structures from the ground up. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install metal stud framing, wood framing, and other wall components according to blueprints and schematics Erect interior and exterior walls using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment with precision and safety awareness Install insulation, drywall, plastering materials, siding, stucco, trim carpentry elements, and other finishing components to ensure quality finishes Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project requirements and specifications Operate heavy machinery such as lifts or cranes when necessary for large or complex wall installations Perform concrete forming tasks related to wall foundations or structural supports as needed Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines Qualifications Proven experience in metal building erection, frame carpentry, masonry, roofing, siding or related construction fields Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, concrete finishing, plastering or restoration work is highly desirable Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate wall construction Familiarity with hand tools such as hammers, saws, levels; power tools including drills and saws; heavy equipment operation is a plus Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and site protocols Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper technique Experience with welding or metal stud framing enhances your suitability for this role Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks Join us if you're passionate about building durable structures!
