________________________________________ Position Overview As a Press Operator/ Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the final stages of production—ensuring products are completed, inspected, and prepared to meet quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience and grow into advanced machine operation roles. _______________________________________ Key Responsibilities Support production operations by assisting with Press operations Pack, label, and prepare products for next step in the process Load materials and keep production equipment running efficiently Inspect product to ensure quality and accuracy Assist team during setup and changeovers Follow job tickets, instructions, and safety procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area ________________________________________ Skills & Qualifications Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred (not required) Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and measurement skills Strong work ethic and reliability Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow ________________________________________ Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Ability to work on a production floor for extended periods ________________________________________ Schedule 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM
