Assisting the Service Manager with Interacting with customers & teammates in a friendly & helpful manner to create a comfortable relationship with the customer. Effectively scheduling service appointments for our customers.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Initiates automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records.

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager. Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer.

QUALIFICATION FOR THE JOB

Excellent customer service skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner. General knowledge of automobile mechanics with the ability to pay attention to detail. Must have a high School diploma or GED, Valid driver's license, and be an insurable driver.
