Jul 1, 2026 Job Description Welcome to Maine School Administrative District #75 Serving Maine's Midcoast communities of Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Harpswell, and Topsham, MSAD 75 is home to over 2,350 students and more than 600 faculty and staff members. MSAD 75 is seeking a highly skilled Administrator and experienced Educator to oversee the daily operations of Williams-Cone School in Topsham, Maine. Williams-Cone School has approximately 245 Students throughout grades PreK-5. This position will oversee, develop, and implement policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets to promote each student's educational development and the professional development of each Staff member. Exempt- 260 days- FT/Full-year position
QUALIFICATIONS
A collaborative and dynamic educational leader with a demonstrated and genuine interest in developing their students and staff. Strong experience in curriculum planning, review, and implementation. Demonstrated skills in the use of data to analyze and solve problems Communicate effectively with staff, students, and community. Facilitate a culture of learning at the elementary school level. Proven successful experience as a building-level Administrator. Broad background in instructional programming and professional development of Staff Members. The ability to build relations that lead professionals toward goal attainment Knowledgeable of current educational initiatives. Responsibility for building administration and the safety/welfare of students and staff. Build and foster a school culture of respect, kindness, and acceptance.
REQUIREMENTS
Must hold a valid Maine Department of Education Building Administrator (040) Certification. Must hold a valid Maine Department of Education CHRC Authorization. Strong ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with, but not limited to, employees, students, and community families. Proficiency with Google Suite programs and enhancing instruction with technology Solid knowledge of school law and areas such as 504 and Special Education.
