A growing lower middle market private equity firm in Seattle is looking to add a Private Equity Associate or Senior Associate to its investment team, focused on industrials and industrial technology investing. This is not a traditional process driven PE seat where junior professionals are siloed into spreadsheets and endless diligence workstreams. The team operates with a highly hands on, operational mindset and partners closely with management teams to scale businesses across specialty m anufacturing, industrial services, infrastructure, logistics, and tech enabled industrial sectors. The role offers meaningful exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from evaluating new opportunities and leading financial analysis to working directly with portfolio company leadership on strategic initiatives and growth execution.
