Vista Care WI is assisting an individual in the community to find their own personal caregiving staff to assist with tasks in their home and community. This position is not employed by Vista Care. The employer will be the individual receiving care under a self-directed service program.

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support for a kind, fun-loving male client who enjoys getting out for car rides and staying engaged in the community. This position offers approximately 13 hours per week in the client's home, with the potential for additional hours in the future. The ideal candidate is dependable, caring, and enjoys providing personalized care while building a trusting working relationship. Primary Responsibilities:

assistance and support with personal cares such as personal hygiene bed baths on male individual teeth/oral care preventative skin care/lotion/powder assistance with dressing/undressing client housekeeping duties weekly laundry medication reminders companionship and emotional support transportation to run errands with client such as picking up groceries or for appointments (mileage paid) assistance with getting in/out of vehicle following established care plan while respecting the dignity, comfort and independence help with meal planning and preparation. Including making food and assisting during meal as needed •Friendly Dog in home•Ability to pass WI caregiver background check requirements (Other Requirements) Experience with personal care Experience with Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, walkers patience and comfortable working with elderly/disabled individuals Dependable, respectful and compassionate Ability to follow care instruction and communicate with client and care team #IND107
