What You'll Do As Process Engineering Manager, you'll lead the Process Engineering function and drive manufacturing excellence across molding operations, validation activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-site process standardization. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Process Engineers and technical staff Drive scientific molding practices and robust process development methodologies Oversee process validations including
