Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for sourcing raw materials, managing vendor relationships, coordinating imports, planning production needs, and ensuring efficient inventory and logistics management. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution, with a strong focus on communication, accuracy, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source and purchase raw materials, and packaging, in alignment with demand forecasts and production needs
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with domestic and international suppliers
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while identifying new sourcing opportunities
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks Supply Chain Planning & Coordination
• Plan raw material, and packaging, deliveries based on customer forecasts and production schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams to align purchasing with production capacity and timelines
• Proactively manage supply disruptions and adjust plans as needed Inventory & Storage Management
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock (minimize shortages and excess)
• Track inventory movement across internal facilities and third-party warehouses
• Coordinate storage logistics and manage relationships with 3PL providers Logistics, Imports & Compliance
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including ocean and domestic freight
• Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs requirements
• Work closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Track and report on key supply chain metrics (inventory turns, service levels, costs, etc.)
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes
• Support implementation of systems, tools, and process improvements General Operations Support
• Assist with day-to-day logistics and operational tasks as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and leadership teams
• Office & warehouse supply re-ordering and price comparisons. Qualifications
• 3-7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics
• Experience with international sourcing and import/export coordination preferred
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory systems
