Production Assembler

This individual will perform production assembly processes in the Manufacturing Department. Duties and Responsibilities Perform manufacturing duties to include making liners, shutters and cables, ignition bulbs, ADV Screens, and various other part assemblies. Light machining/fabrication Fundamental machine wiring techniques, such as cutting, terminating, soldering and crimping wire. Maintain clean work environment Follow published Work Instructions and Procedures Observe, recognize, and promote safe manufacturing practices. Learn and comprehend the duties and responsibilities of an Electromechanical Assembler. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Basic knowledge of the use of hand tools, power tools. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in the role of Production Assembler. Capable of understanding and effectively communicating with other staff members about all related functions. Work Hours Miltec business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We offer three optional flexible work schedules: Plan A - Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch (40 hours) Plan B - Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) - Friday off Plan C - Tuesday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) - Monday off
