Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role supporting student communication needs, where your expertise will help shape young lives for the better. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll collaborate with educators and families, making a lasting difference through targeted interventions and compassionate guidance. This role is based at a school in a vibrant, supportive community.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program State licensure or eligibility for licensure as required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy approaches
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, or communication challenges Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school and legal requirements Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student growth Provide resources, strategies, and support to classroom staff for generalization of speech and language goals Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development
