This full-time position is based in Easton and focuses on supporting middle and high school students within an inclusive, co-teaching environment. You'll partner with general education teachers and staff to provide both push-in and pull-out services, ensuring students with a range of disabilities—primarily Other Health Impairments, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairments—receive tailored instruction in the least restrictive setting. What you'll bring: Active Maryland Special Education License (required) Experience working in a school-based setting (preferred) Strong ability to collaborate within dynamic teams Excellent classroom management and organizational skills Your responsibilities will include: Creating, implementing, and tracking individualized education plans (IEPs) Delivering specialized academic instruction and targeted support Working closely with general education teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth Monitoring student progress, maintaining documentation, and meeting compliance standards Promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment This opportunity is ideal for educators committed to making a difference and who value a collaborative approach.
