Production Assembler Pewaukee, WI 53072 $16.50 - $18.00 an hour - Full-time $16.50 - $18.00 an hour - Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Assembler, where you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-quality finished products. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with precision tools, interpret schematics, and contribute to the creation of innovative solutions. As a key member of our assembly line, you'll be empowered to utilize your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to ensure efficient production processes and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Assemble components and subassemblies accurately according to detail Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform precise measurements and fittings. Operate manufacturing equipment including, soldering stations, machining tools, and fabrication machinery with safety and precision. Conduct quality checks using measurement tools to ensure parts meet specifications and maintain high standards of craftsmanship. Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or manufacturing environment to promote safety and productivity. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering stations, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Ability to operate machinery including machining tools and fabrication equipment safely and effectively. Experience with warehouse operations or forklift certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control during assembly processes. Prior experience working with manufacturing systems or in a warehouse setting is advantageous. Pay:
