Job Description

We have an opening for a Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, an enterprising spirit, and a great work ethic. Compensation:
$75,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all situations Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
Qualifications:
