$75,000

• Managing and supervising manufacturing staff, including communication of job expectations, performance appraisals, coaching, and discipline as needed, while reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
• Recruiting, training, and developing staff to ensure a strong, skilled team and promote personal growth.
• Overseeing workflow and production process steps, monitoring resources, and driving operational efficiency. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum of 10 years of management experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing and metal fabrication.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of stamping and fabrication equipment (or similar machinery).
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude for machinery setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance, along with exceptional communication skills.
