Role Summary We are currently seeking motivated team members to support daily production operations in our edibles department. This role is essential to maintaining product quality and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that involves repetitive tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on production tasks while following established procedures Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively Meet or exceed daily production goals and expectations Follow all safety and compliance guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive work Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs occasionally Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check (per state regulations) Schedule & Compensation Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (10-hour shifts) $18.00 per hour 40 hours of Combined Paid Time Off (CPTO) after one year $250 monthly Health Spending Allowance after two years
