Job Title:

Production Associate Job Summary The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by handling materials, operating production equipment, and completing orders accurately and efficiently. This role involves working with measurements, machinery, and general production tasks in a team-based environment. Responsibilities Operate production equipment and handle materials safely to support daily manufacturing needs Measure, process, assemble, and inspect parts to meet quality and production standards Perform general production tasks including assembly, packaging, and material movement Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate effectively with team members Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Experience operating basic production machinery or equipment Ability to read and use measuring tools accurately Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods Basic skills in assembly, inspection, and general labor Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work safely Comfortable working as part of a small team Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Zumbrota, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
