Production Employees Pay:

Starting at $26.20/ hour Job description: Electralloy/G.O. Carlson Inc. is seeking several full-time dedicated and detail-oriented Production Employees to join our team at our Main St. facility in Oil City, PA. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and safety standards while working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Candidates must be able to work all shifts including weekends and mandatory overtime when required. These positions are Union (USW) positions. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment ensuring adherence to safety protocols, optimal performance and quality output. Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to maintain high-quality standards. Assist in the operation of forklifts and cranes to move materials efficiently. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance safety and productivity. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and equipment operation. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but will train candidates that may be a good fit to our organization.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
