This is a hands-on, manual labor position focused on supporting the production line by handling materials, inspecting products, and ensuring smooth workflow. No prior machine operation experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Organization:

• 90-day orientation period
• Direct deposit is the method of payroll.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Overtime available

Gain Share Bonus Program Key Responsibilities:

Load raw materials, stack, bundle, and package finished products from the line. Perform visual inspections to identify defects or quality issues. Assist with line setup, cleanup, and changeovers. Remove scrap or excess material and maintain a clean work area. Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production flow. Lift, carry, and move materials and products throughout the facility. Inspect products for quality defects and ensure compliance with specifications. Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting. Perform Q/A production data and report any issues to the supervisor. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus but not required. Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs). Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

Work Environment:

Industrial production floor with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Frequent standing, lifting, and manual handling of materials.
