Job Title:

Chemical Compounding Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Compounding Operator to produce batches of coatings and paints. The successful candidate will follow Batch Tickets to ensure products meet both customer and company specifications. Responsibilities Produce batches of coatings and paints according to specifications. Follow Batch Tickets carefully to ensure accurate production. Mix, blend, and compound chemicals effectively. Maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness in the manufacturing area. Record and maintain batch records accurately. Essential Skills Experience in batching, blending, sanitation, or manufacturing with liquid-based products. Proficiency in chemical mixing, batch making, and chemical manufacturing. Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Positive attendance record. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in food manufacturing is a plus. Ability to work overtime on a voluntary basis. Work Environment This position offers multiple openings on the 3rd shift with a possible opening on the 2nd shift. The 2nd shift operates Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., while the 3rd shift runs Monday through Friday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Training for all shifts occurs from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for one week. The role provides the opportunity to work 40+ hours per week, with almost unlimited voluntary overtime. Employees enjoy a dynamic work environment with a focus on precision and quality. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $23.75/hr.
