Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Supervisor, where you will lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient, high-quality output. This pivotal role combines hands-on management with strategic oversight, empowering you to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. As a key player in our operations, you will foster a collaborative environment that motivates teams and enhances overall plant performance. Responsibilities Direct the operations of employees throughout the production department. Lead and motivate production teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback. Review and approve all production schedules. Utilize ERP systems to monitor production data, manage inventory levels, and support production planning. Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure timely procurement of materials and smooth workflow. Conduct regular safety audits, enforce safety protocols, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members. Accomplish manufacturing employee results by effectively communicating job expectations by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Enforce all systems, policies, and procedures while coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees when deemed necessary. Skills 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing with at least 1 - 2 years managing people or projects. BS in Business or Engineering preferred Proven knowledge and application of ERP/MRP systems. Expertise in lean manufacturing techniques, process improvement, and quality control practices. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment, assembly lines, and plant operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficient computer skills.
