Job description Patient Relationship Specialist (Warm Leads + Phone-Based) A career at Golden Oak Sedation Dental & Implant Center means being part of a fast-paced, high-performance environment where your ability to connect with people and drive action truly matters. We specialize in life-changing dental implant transformations—and every conversation you have can help someone take the first step toward a better life. About This Role This is a phone-heavy, relationship-driven role . You will spend the majority of your day: Speaking with patients who have already expressed interest (warm leads) Building trust quickly Guiding them toward scheduling their consultation If you enjoy connecting with people, creating momentum, and helping others take action—this is a high-impact opportunity. What You'll Do Build rapport with prospective patients over the phone within minutes Guide patients through their options and confidently move them toward booking a consultation Follow up consistently with patients who are considering treatment but haven't scheduled yet Understand where each patient is in their decision-making process and communicate accordingly Track conversations and outcomes using internal systems Hit and exceed daily/weekly performance goals (KPIs) Collaborate with the team to improve conversion and patient experience Who Thrives in This Role This role is a strong fit for someone who: Is energized by talking to people all day Naturally builds trust and connection quickly Is confident guiding conversations and asking for commitment Enjoys working toward goals and performance targets Takes ownership of results and follows through Brings positive energy and resilience—even on tough days What We're Looking For Strong verbal communication and phone presence Ability to build rapport quickly and authentically Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups Experience in sales, call center, or patient coordination is a plus What We Offer Warm leads provided daily (no cold calling) Structured training program to set you up for success High-energy, team-oriented environment Performance-driven opportunity with clear expectations
