Production Technician

Job Summary We are seeking reliable team members to support our packaging operations on a night shift production line. This role requires close attention to detail to ensure all products meet quality and regulatory standards. The position works closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams to maintain efficient and compliant operations.

Schedule Night Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM 12-hour shifts are mandatory Fridays may be required based on production needs Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment Follow all FDA and customer regulations for packaging and sanitation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Communicate production or personnel issues to leadership Assist with basic troubleshooting and coordinate with Maintenance as needed Follow all PPE and safety requirements Support team goals and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math and measurement skills Willingness to learn and adapt Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 12-hour shifts Lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Perform bending, stooping, and reaching as needed Work Environment Manufacturing/production environment with required PPE and adherence to safety and quality standards. The night shift schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM. As production demands fluctuate, Friday shifts may be added as needed to support business operations and meet customer requirements. Candidates should be flexible and prepared to work extended schedules when necessary to ensure consistent production and team success.
