• 7:00 PM 7:00 PM
• 7:00 AM Employees typically work 5 days per week — strong overtime potential Job Description We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join a growing team in a clean, climate-controlled facility specializing in rubber manufacturing .

This role involves hands-on work producing rubber-based products while following strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Operate mixing, molding, and production equipment for rubber products Weigh and combine raw materials following precise batch instructions Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met Trim, inspect, and package finished rubber products Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety and company guidelines Perform basic equipment checks and report issues Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Forklift experience is a plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
