PROFESSIONAL/EXECUTIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - JOB

#63-25 All correspondence must refer to a specific job number Professional/Executive Business Development Officer will be responsible for business development of new loan and deposit business relationships. Build and service new and existing client portfolios. Perform other portfolio management functions within the assigned territory

Duties and Responsibilities:

Business development calling efforts. Responsible for initiating marketing efforts for the territory. Responsible for ensuring loans are underwritten according to the Bank's loan policy. Responsible for closing and funding loans according to approved terms. Responsible for portfolio management and overall client experience.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Become active in both community and civic organizations. Be a positive advocate for the bank within the community.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of commercial business development experience required. A background in commercial and/or real estate lending and credit training is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge and understanding of applicable banking laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and various banking software. Ability to perform commercial and consumer credit analysis; knowledge of consumer and commercial loan documentation.
