Founded in 1996, Logos Technologies LLC (Logos) is a diversified science, engineering and technology company, with headquarters in Northern Virginia. Logos specializes in the fields of advanced sensors, wide-area motion imagery, advanced analytics and processing of large, multisource datasets. We serve multiple government and commercial customers worldwide with wide-area persistent surveillance solutions that are critical to the success of their missions in national defense, public safety and border security, and humanitarian assistance. Job Summary Logos is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support technical airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) programs. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall execution, cost, schedule, and technical performance of complex defense programs. They will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, subcontractors, and support staff to deliver turnkey solutions for government and military end-users. This role focuses on project integration, risk mitigation, and fostering deep relationships with customers, both internal and external, to ensure all parties are aligned and working together toward the program's objectives. Responsibilities and Tasks Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery on contracts for government and commercial customers from contract award through design, integration, test, and operations Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables, including ownership of integrated master schedules (IMS) and resource planning across multi-disciplinary teams Serve as the primary point of contact with internal teams and external shareholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment to program objectives, and adherence to scope, schedule, and contractual requirements Work with/support the technical lead(s) with system requirements and design trades to ensure alignment between mission objectives and technical implementation Track program performance using defined cost, schedule, and technical metrics, and communicate status, risks, and progress to senior leadership and customers through regular program reviews Proactively identify and manage risks, opportunities, mitigations, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to program execution Identify growth opportunities within current programs. Develop bid strategy and coordinate bid efforts. Support business development in customer pursuit and lead generation. Prepare and supply information for annual sales plans and budgets. Travel to support customer and program meetings. All other duties as assigned. Education, Experience & License or Certification Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business, Project Management, or related STEM field OR a combination of education and relevant experience. A minimum of 10 years of experience managing government programs. Experience leading or supporting execution of ISR programs through development, integration, test, and operations Experience managing complex schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Skills and Abilities Must possess or be able to acquire a DoD Secret Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required. Demonstrated analytical problem solving. Demonstrated ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive programs forward with limited oversight Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills. Thorough understanding of the Defense acquisition and budget process. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams. Ability to travel domestically and internationally, when required.
