Meet with customers and insurance carriers to build trust and set expectations.

The Xactimate Wizard:

Scope losses and create accurate, professional estimates that carriers love. Own the

Lifecycle:

Manage projects through the entire "Full Circle" process—from initial mitigation and drying to the final reconstruction repairs. Lead the

Charge:

Oversee field crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

Problem Solve:

Navigate the unexpected (because in restoration, the unexpected is the only guarantee). What You Bring to the

Team The Credentials:

IICRC certifications are a huge plus ( WRT and ASD are our gold standards).

The Tech Skills:

Proficiency in Xactimate is a must. If you can navigate an estimate in your sleep, we want you.

The Experience:

You've been in the restoration trenches and know how to talk "insurance-speak."
