DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Project Management team as a Project Manager.

What Youll have an Opportunity to do: Develop full scale project plans including tasks, milestones, and dependencies, and secure appropriate resources to deliver the plan on-time and within scope.

Partner with business analysts project owners and related stakeholders on the definition of the project scope, goals, deliverables, business requirements, measurements, and success criteria to ensure project outcomes are of high quality and meet the needs of the stakeholders.

Work closely with developers to manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables as part of our Product Development Department.

Manage a complex project in a dynamic environment, including risk management, change management and stakeholder management.

Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates on progress, obstacles, risks, and successes.

What Youll Bring to the TableBachelors Degree and/or 3-5 years equivalent project management experience required.

PMI professional designations preferred (PMP, CAPM).Familiarity with PMIs PMBOK framework and terms for project management best practices as well as understands and keeps up with PMI industry best practices and trends.
